Our Mission
We believe in the idea that theatre truly feeds the soul, and if working on a show is all it takes to make a creative feel good about themselves, then that’s enough motivation to keep going and pursuing it. Through immersive works, contemporary voices and incorporating unique ideas in unconventional spaces, we want to find new ways to experience theatre . We create theatre because it’s what we love to do and what we can find purpose in.
Our goal as a group is to pave the way for new thinking in an industry that can still hold a very traditional mindset.

Get to Know Us
The Talkback was dreamt of by Mika Litton during their senior year of college. Wanting to challenge the idea of traditional casting, they wanted to create a theatre community for themself and their peers. They wanted to foster a community where there is always equal opportunity fueled by the passion of creating and working together.
